6. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Artificial intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, fictional, or inconsistent results. Outputs generated by the platform may resemble existing works, include unintended artifacts, or fail to meet your expectations.

Generatexa does not guarantee that generated outputs will be unique, error-free, legally safe in every jurisdiction, fit for a specific purpose, or suitable for publication, resale, or commercial reliance without review.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all generated content before using, publishing, licensing, distributing, advertising, or relying on it in any way.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Inputs

You retain any rights you own in the prompts, text, files, images, videos, and other materials you submit to the platform, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable law, Generatexa generally permits you to use outputs generated through the platform for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated for a specific feature, plan, or model.

However, you are solely responsible for confirming that your use of any generated output does not violate third-party rights, licensing restrictions, platform rules, advertising standards, or local laws.

Platform Ownership

8. Prohibited Activities
